Running+ at SNFCC

For those interested in running, the SNFCC Running Team invites participants of all fitness levels to join. This is a unique opportunity to combine fitness with fun, as you run through the scenic paths of the Stavros Niarchos Park, discovering its hidden gems while improving your aerobic fitness.
Finally, the Yoga in the Park focuses on promoting physical and spiritual well-being. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, participants will engage in postures and breathing techniques that enhance body strength, balance, concentration, and relaxation. Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring their own yoga mats.
